The pro coach winter Elite programme runs over 8 weeks giving every young Cricketers the opportunity to train like a professional at the perfect time of year to work on the all important technical skills. The programme is designed by yccc Head coach, Andrew Gale and Mirrors the yccc. 1st xl training programme during this time of the year. Every junior will have the opportunity to development their game at the home of Yorkshire Cricket here at headingley. Players can expect regular video analysis feedback to enhance development and understanding. Low coach to players ratio for optimum contact time and first class coaching from Current and Yorkshire ccc players working along side level 2,3 and 4 coaches. 1. 20 hours expert coaching (over 8 weeks)
